Radish Kitchen: Fresh and Healthy Food, Fast
Radish Kitchen opened in Nashville October, and it’s become my go-to place for fresh, healthy, and delicious salads, grain bowls, and pita wraps! (Grain bowls are my favorite.) Started by cookbook author and chef Amanda Frederickson, the restaurant’s focus is on healthy, fast-casual dining made to order.
My favorite grain bowl so far is the Sweets and Lentils (grains and spring mix topped with roasted sweet potatoes, lentils, navel orange slices, goat cheese, walnuts, pickled red onion, and tahini yogurt dressing). I also love the Chicken Mamacita (grilled chicken, corn and black bean salsa, tomatoes, toasted pumpkin seeds, tortilla strips, avocado, cotija cheese, and tomatillo lime dressing). And I’ve created my own bowls by choosing from the many toppings – all delicious!
Radish Kitchen is bright and colorful, with lots of natural sunlight that gives it a happy feel, and it has minimalist decor that fits with the simple dining theme. Bonus: Radish Kitchen has an outdoor patio along with indoor seating, and spring is perfect for patio dining.
Check it out next time you’re in the area! Radish Kitchen is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and it’s located in the Sylvan Supply Building G #10, 4101 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN 37209.
P.S. I don’t receive anything for this feature – it’s just a genuine recommendation from me to you. 🙂
