I worked with Chef Laura Rodriguez recently on a Nashville chef branding photography session to create new images for her website and marketing, and I’ve included a few shots below!

Chef Laura is a master of organic, farm-to-table cuisine, a celebrity personal chef, recipe developer, chef instructor, and owner of Creme Catering in Nashville. One of many things I loved about working with Laura on this Nashville chef branding photography session is her commitment to sustainability and a farm-to-table philosophy – she’s the real deal! She and her husband have a micro farm farm where they raise organic produce and organic pastured chicken and eggs. She also sources other ingredients from surrounding local farms.

Laura learned to cook when she lived in Italy, and she studied Asian cuisine while living in South Korea. She’s traveled to dozens of countries, exploring their native cuisines, and she worked in restaurants in Chicago before starting her own catering business and moving to Tennessee.

Chef Laura has also taught hundreds of cooking classes for Whole Foods, Nashville Farmers’ Market, and many other organizations, and she’s served as executive chef for the Heimerdinger Foundation, which provides nutrient-rich meals for patients fighting cancer.

For this session we met at her Nashville home and took some photos in her garden and in her work kitchen. We’re doing a second session soon that will incorporate more photos of her farm-to-table cuisine along with some shots of Laura at a farmers’ market and in her garden.
