Candace and Teddy’s Green Door Gourmet wedding, with a ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church, was absolutely beautiful, full of joy and personal touches including flowers grown and arranged by family friends.
The day started for the ladies with hair and makeup at Blowout Co. of Belle Meade, and then they headed to the church for some pre-ceremony pictures and first look with the bride and groom (don’t miss these sweet moments – see pictures below!). After getting married, the couple and their wedding party loaded up in a trolley and headed for the reception at Green Door Gourmet, one of my favorite Nashville wedding venues! We had a few minutes before sunset for some wedding party and just-married bride and groom photos, and then they all headed into the reception to DANCE! If you haven’t heard the live band Pink Cadillac, definitely check them out because they are awesome, and the dance floor was packed all night long.
Candace and Teddy are seriously some of the nicest people you could ever meet – with amazing family and friends who were so wonderful to work with – and it was such an honor to photograph their wedding day. Check out their wedding-day love story below!
Special thanks to my awesome second photographer Deb Scally, and to photography assistant Jennifer Pinckney, who helped so much in the coverage of this amazing day. Here’s a list of the talented vendors who helped make Candace and Teddy’s day such a success:
