A home family photography session is such a perfect way to capture this special time of life – the busy, crazy, chaotic, early-morning, not-much-sleep-but-brimming-with-love days that will go by way too quickly.
I first photographed Amanda and Shawn in Nashville several years ago with they were engaged to be married! They had their wedding out of state, and I was thrilled when they recently asked me to come to their home and photograph their sweet baby girl and the three of them together.
We scheduled their fall photo session early on a weekday morning, starting around 7 a.m., which was the best time for the sunlight and for baby Hazel. 🙂 We started outdoors and then moved inside when the sun became too bright and hot, and mom and dad were able to slow things down, read books to Hazel and play with her inside – and then she was ready for preschool and naptime.
Here are some highlights from their home family photography session! Be sure to scroll all the way through to see their adorable pups (who are a big part of the family!). I think you can see from the photos that this is such a happy home.
In-home natural photography sessions are $375 for a 1.5-hour session with at least 50 edited digital images, an online photo gallery for viewing, sharing and downloading, and some prints of your favorite images so you can display them right away (and they won’t just live on your computer!). Contact me to talk further – I’d love to photograph your family.
