Yes, I am this funny (see first photo below)! Oooorrrr … maybe these guys were just in great moods, ready to laugh, play and be super awesome.

We had to cut this fun family photo session a tiny bit short as a big thunder and lightning storm was moving in quickly – and the mosquitoes were kind of vicious. Fortunately, I bring bug spray along to each session, and it came in handy this time for sure. We did get some afternoon sun rays before the clouds grew too menacing. Nice!

By the way, I LOVE the outfits that Laura chose for her family’s session. Note how the colors of the clothes coordinate, but nothing matches too perfectly. Their clothes are casual, summery and comfortable, with a mix of prints and solids in colors that complement each other and fit nicely with the background – woohoo! It makes this photographer very happy because carefully chosen clothes tend to elevate the look of your photos – and that’s a good thing for everyone.
