Jacob and Iris Hanai were called to the Torah a few weeks ago as a Bar and Bat Mitzvah, and their B’nai Mitzvah celebration at the Musicians Hall of Fame was absolutely amazing!! Friends and family traveled to Nashville from Israel and from all across America for this momentous coming-of-age event.
Their B’Nai Mitzvah celebration was a huge party that included music, dancing, singing, fabulous food and drinks, games, prizes, and so much laughter and joy.
The Musicians Hall of Fame is a spectacular party venue, and the staff at Take Away Catering just outdid themselves with the food, which included a cook-to-order Asian noodle bar; a hot chicken bar; a Mexican bar; a S’Mores bar; hors d’eouvres; a soft pretzel bar; and delicious desserts.
The theme was Camp Hanai, and Elyse Washburn with Take Away Catering did a fabulous job creating a fun summer-camp vibe with tree branches, candles, pine cones, lanterns – even inflatable campfire flames that hung from the ceiling and decorated the entrance to the museum!
Camp-themed favors for the guests included mini flashlights, and children could fill up a customized can of trail mix to take with them when the party was over!
Mazel tov to Jacob and Iris and their proud family!!
Take a look through these photos from the night, and you can see just how much energy and joy filled the museum.
Thank you, Hanai family, for trusting me to document this awesome evening. The Hanai family are receiving nearly 800 photos of their event, but I’m sharing a sampling below that I hope will give you an idea of what a fabulous evening it was!
Special thanks to my friend Deb Scally, for being my second photographer for the evening. 🙂
