Ann and Guy’s unconventional wedding captured my heart. It was tiny and simple, but sweet and personal.

One thing that’s so great about weddings is this: You can make your wedding whatever kind of celebration you want it to be. You can wear a red and white floral dress and have your dog as an attendant if you want to! The most important part is that you’re marrying your sweetheart, and the ceremony and celebration reflects you as a couple and commemorates the start of your life together.

Ann and Guy opted for a small wedding with two friends, an officiant, and their dog, Bilbo Baggins. Personal details included Ann’s wedding and engagement rings, which belonged to her grandmother, and beautiful silver earrings, a gift from her friend. And seriously – how adorable is Bilbo Baggins and his striped bowtie??

After a small outdoor ceremony in Green Hills, they all went out to dinner to celebrate.
